How to use a temp mail to receive a code

A temp mail is a short-lived inbox. Otpix is ready when you open it — no account. Use it when a site only needs one confirmation and you will not log in as that identity later. The stills are props; the real work happens in the inbox on the home page.

1. Get an address on Otpix

Teal envelope: copy the Otpix address

Open otpx.top. You get an @otpx.top address. Click Copy, or write a prefix. The dropdown also has @linshimail.top and @tempyx.top. If a site blocks disposable domains, change the prefix or read blocked.

2. Paste it on the other site

Letter paper: paste the temp address into a form

Trials, downloads, forum signups, low-risk checks. Glance at the line in a notes app so you do not paste extra spaces. Do not bind banks, government, or workplace recovery — those need an inbox you keep. See when not to use it.

3. Come back for the code

Keep the tab open. Otpix checks every 4 seconds; new mail flashes the title. Numeric codes are lifted out as chips. Mail stays 24 hours from delivery. Delete one message or clear the box when you are done.

How this differs from a normal mailbox

Otpix is receive-only. You cannot reply. Anyone who sees the full address can open the box. A normal mailbox is an identity you keep. If the box stays empty, read no verification code instead of minting ten addresses.
